Natalie has worked in the event industry for over seven years. She has planned conferences for over 500 participants, symposiums, company picnics, sales and incentive trips for the medical, marketing & technology industries. Her travels have given her the opportunity to work with hundreds of domestic & international venues. Her experience working with outside vendors, hotel staff & caterers gave her the skills to easily plan her own wedding in February 2006. She used her unique brand of budgetary skill & an eye for detail to create a beautiful event for 100 guests.

Getting her first “taste” of event planning in college as a Special Events Intern for her college campus. Lea has been active in the event/meeting planning industry for more than 7 years and loving every minute of it. In the past she has worked with organizations like Meeting Professionals International Northern California Chapter (MPINCC) and received the MPINCC President's Award for 2003-2004.
As an event enthusiast, wedding planning has always been something she has wanted conquer and with the collaboration of her fellow past co-worker and close friend Natalie, the sky is the limit!
